There aren't very many hibachi grills in St. Louis. Your best bet would probably be the Kobe Steakhouse, located at I-270 and Olive.

I must confess that I don't really know what a hibachi grill is. Perhaps it is a Japanese style restaurant. Perhaps the best one in the St. Louis area is Rabata's at West Port Mall.
